I don't play piano besides that one week lesson that i had like 4 years ago but I play cello so I might be able to kinda help ???

For the arpeggios, you just play every other note. Try playing it slowly while looking at the sheet music, you'll eventually memorize it if you do it enough and it'll be a lot easier to speed up when playing it.
For scales, the way i memorized them was that I you always start and end on that note. So if you we're playing an A major scale, you would start on a low A, go up to a high A and come back down to the same low A.
For key signature, you should probably learn how many counts each note is. Like, one quarter note is one beat in 4/4 time so 4 quarter notes equals one measure in 4/4 time. In 3/4 time, three quarter notes would be one measure.

I don't need any art, I just wanted to help. It might not be worth anything though since I'm don't even play piano OTL sorry.
